ViFF 2009 The Fourth Edition of the biennial Vietnamese International Film Festival (ViFF) Coming to University of California, Irvine (UCI), University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and Westminster, Southern California in April 2009 PRODUCTIONS ELIGIBLE FOR CONSIDERATION: Feature-length and short productions of any content (not necessarily related to Vietnam or Vietnamese) by persons of Vietnamese descent living anywhere around the world or productions about Vietnamese people or culture in the following categories:

The Vietnamese International Film Festival (ViFF) is an eight-day event uniquely showcasing films made by Vietnamese and Vietnamese diasporic filmmakers. Presented biennially since 2003 by the two non-profit organizations Vietnamese American Arts & Letters Association (VAALA) and Vietnamese Language & Culture (VNLC), ViFF has featured films from all over the world, including but not limited to Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Israel, Poland, United States, and Vietnam. ViFF is held mainly at the University of California, Irvine (UCI), with some screenings at University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and Westminster, Southern California.
